Due to the nature of grocery and food products, returns and refunds are accepted only for items that are expired or damaged.

  • Customers must contact us within the allowed timeframe and provide clear photos as proof.

  • Once verified, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method or a replacement may be offered at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that are not expired or damaged

  • Unopened items returned due to change of mind

  • Opened items due to taste preference

  • Perishable items (including meat, dairy, fresh produce, and baked goods)

  • Used, opened, or tampered items

Claim Timeframes

  • In-store purchases: within 7 days of purchase

  • Online orders: within 48 hours of delivery
